Please read this End User License Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the 3C Contracting Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Scope of License
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between You ("User") and 3C Contracting ("Company"). This app provides construction project management tools, financial estimation tools, scheduling trackers, and communication portals (collectively, the "Platform"). Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these terms.
2. Role-Based Access Controls & Account Security
Administrative/Office Users: Responsible for managing financial ledgers, estimate markups, and master company dashboards.
Field Staff & Superintendents: Granted access to logistics, site notes, schedules, and punch lists.
External Subcontractors/Vendors: Granted access to bidding scopes, active subcontracts, and progress billing submissions.
Clients/Property Owners: Granted limited visual access to project timelines, approved estimates, and change orders.
You agree not to bypass, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent any role-based data shielding built into the Platform. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials or unique secure "Magic Links."
3. Estimate Disclaimer & Accuracy of Calculations
The Platform features automated estimate engines, scratchpad mathematical calculators, and markup tools. While the Platform facilitates the estimation process, all calculations, line-item valuations, material quantities, and total sums generated by the system are for internal operational preparation and reference only. No calculation or proposal generated within this app constitutes a binding legal offer or guaranteed contract price until explicitly formalized in an executed construction contract or signed Change Order.
4. Third-Party Integrations (QuickBooks Online)
The Platform integrates with third-party software, specifically QuickBooks Online (QBO). Company is not responsible for the up-time, data sync errors, financial discrepancies, ledger mistakes, or transmission failures occurring between the Platform and QuickBooks Online. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify ledger balances within their formal bookkeeping software.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from job site delays, scheduling conflicts, un-communicated daily blockers, structural document loss, material ordering errors, or financial discrepancies generated by or managed through the Platform.
