• Project Documents & Media: Site blueprints, specification sheets, manufacturer datasheets, daily logs, and site progress photos uploaded by your teams or partners.
• Operational Log Data: Exact timestamp data detailing when timecards are submitted, when contracts are digitally signed, and when task statuses are changed.

2. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected information strictly to fulfill and execute your company’s construction operations, specifically to:

• Route RFQ packages to subcontractors and manage contract workflows.
• Populate individual project calendars and company-wide Master Schedule dashboards.
• Calculate fully burdened employee labor costs and track real-time project progress metrics.
• Provide secure portals for property owners to view design choices and authorize change orders.
• Coordinate silent background data synchronizations with QuickBooks Online.

3. Data Protection, Sharing, and Shielding

Your data is securely isolated using multi-tenant permission layers. Internal company financial strategies, material markups, internal labor burden rates, and subcontractor bidding competitions are strictly hidden and shielded from clients. Subcontractors are strictly blocked from seeing data belonging to competitor vendors or separate projects. We do not sell or lease any user data to third-party marketing companies.
